Lakefront Shuttle will have shuttle service from UWO to the EAA AirVenture airshow. The pickup location will be at The Gruenhagen Conference Center at 208 Osceola St. Oshkosh, WI. Shuttle Service will be available July 19-26, 2026. The cost will be $15 per day and an eight day pass will be $100. There are also discounts for 4,5,6 and 7 days. The round-trip shuttle service will begin daily at 6am from The Gruenhagen Conference Center, on Osceola Street near the corner of Osceola and High Ave and will bring to the AirVenture Bus Park. The Shuttle will run continuously from 6am until 11pm except on Sunday July 26 will end at 6pm. Buses will run approximately every 20 minutes. During peak times buses will run more often.
Q: Can I use my shuttle pass for multiple rides each day?
A: Yes, your shuttle pass provides unlimited rides in both directions throughout the day(s) it is valid. Feel free to hop on and off as often as you need!
Q: How do I use my online shuttle pass to board the bus everyday?
A: If you purchased passes online, you'll receive an email with a barcode. Simply present this barcode at the pick-up location, and our staff will scan it and provide you with a wristband. This wristband is your daily access pass for unlimited rides.
Q: Can I purchase passes in person at the bus? Is there a limit to daily ridership, and can tickets sell out?
A: Yes, you can purchase passes directly at any of our designated bus pick-up locations.
While we aim to serve everyone, daily ticket sales might be capped to ensure we can provide comfortable and timely transportation for all passengers. We strongly recommend purchasing your passes online in advance to guarantee your spot and help us plan our vehicle capacity effectively.
Q: Can international visitors purchase passes online?
A: Yes, passes are available for purchase online for customers located outside the United States. If you encounter any difficulties purchasing on a mobile device, please try completing your purchase from a desktop or laptop computer. Q: Are you affiliated with the City of Oshkosh?
A: No, Lakefront Shuttle is a private transportation company. We are not affiliated with the City of Oshkosh. We operate independently to provide convenient shuttle services for the event. (Go Transit does have a bus route that brings you close to AirVenture. Route 8 is the route that goes close to AirVenture. A: Passes can be cancelled and refunded up to July 18, 2026.
